八剣山ワイナリー自社ブドウ畑で収穫した「カベルネフラン」を主体にブレンドしたミディアムボディの赤ワイン。やや紫かかった透明感のある色、切れの良い酸味とのど越しにはんなりと樽香がございます。南区在住のアイヌ系アーティストの結城幸司さんデザインのラベルを使用しており、MINAMINAKU　は（私の笑顔）、FUREWAKKAは（赤い水）を意味しております。ラベルはアイヌ系アーティストの結城幸司さんが八剣山ワイナリーのためにデザインしたオリジナルラベルを使用。ブランド名MINAMINAKUもアイヌ語から名付けたものです。
